           It is proposed to conduct Telangana AVOPA Executive  Committee Meeting on 18- 7 - 2021 @ 11 a.m. in  Mushirabad Vysya Hostel, Secunderabad.
     

 Agenda of the meeting

  1. Review of last E. C. meeting agenda points.
  2. Submission of Telangana  AVOPA accounts.
  3. Discussion on AVOPA NAGAR.
  4. Discussion on Avopa News Bulletin.
  5. Discussion on service activities-District- wise.
  6. Discussion to fix the date & Venue for General Body Meeting.
  7. Any matter with the permission of the 
chair

            You are requested to attend the meeting.

Note : The following Executive members only have to attend the E.C meeting. 

The Past Presidents of State Avopa , present President, Vice Presidents, Regional Vice-Presidents, General Secretary,  Secretary (Finance), Secretaries,  Chief Editor/Editor of Avopa News Bulletin, Regional Secretaries, Joint Secretaries/organising secretaries, Executive  Committee Members,  Presidents, General Secretaries, Finance Secretaries of Dist. AVOPA  only to attend the EC meeting.
